How we measure each cohortA good story isn’t proof. So we measure four ways.
First day and last day
Two surveys
Students take a short survey on their first day and another on their last. Neither is graded. Side by side, they show what changed.
Every session
Attendance
We take attendance at every session. Showing up is the first thing an employer asks about, so it is the first thing we track.
Day one, then the final service
A hospitality skills rubric
Students get the rubric on day one, so the standard is never a surprise. On the last day a facilitator watches each of them work a live service and scores it. The certificate depends on it.
After the cohort
A report to the school district
When the cohort ends, we send a final report to the school district.
What you can hold us toFour promises about numbers and privacy.
- Every number on this page shows the years it covers.
- We publish a number only when we can back it up.
- A student’s name, face or story is shared only with a signed release from a parent or guardian.
- We don’t share coaching notes with employers.
Help us add to these numbers.
Employers host interns and hire grads. Donors pay for dinner, coaching and the Showcase.
