We don’t track you.

What we collect

What you type into our forms, and nothing else about you.

• Partner form: your name, email, organization and what you’re interested in. Your phone number and a message, if you add them.
• Showcase RSVP: your name, email, who you’re coming as and how many of you.
• Newsletter: your email address.

Each form also notes the page it was on and the link that brought you there, like a flyer or a QR code.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to plan the Community Showcase.

We send the newsletter only to people who asked for it: by signing up, or by ticking “Keep me posted” on a form. That box is never ticked for you.

Who sees it

Only First Course staff at Forward Endeavors.

Two services handle the information for us:

• Vercel hosts this site.
• Google holds form entries in a private spreadsheet, and emails our team when a form comes in.

How long we keep it

• RSVPs are deleted 90 days after each event. The email our team gets about an RSVP has the party size only.
• Partner form entries are kept until you ask us to delete them.
• Your email stays on the newsletter list until you ask us to take it off. To stop, email info@firstcoursewfd.org.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use cookies. It has no ad trackers and no social media pixels. We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies.

Your browser remembers a few things on your own device: your light or dark choice, a notice you closed, and a form you started but did not send. The unsent form is forgotten when you close the tab. None of this is sent to us.

Because we don’t track you, a Do Not Track signal doesn’t change anything. Every visitor gets the same site.
